By accessing or using SurveysOnchain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by SurveysOnchain and provides on-chain survey creation, distribution, and reward services on the Base network.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Access to the Platform requires a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., Coinbase Wallet). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. SurveysOnchain does not store, manage, or have access to your private keys. Loss of wallet access may result in permanent loss of funds and earned rewards.
Survey creators ("Publishers") may create surveys, fund them with USDC, and distribute them through the Platform. Publishers agree to:
Survey respondents ("Participants") may complete surveys and receive rewards in USDC and/or SOC tokens. Participants agree to:
Rewards are distributed automatically upon survey completion and on-chain verification. Reward amounts are set by the Publisher and visible before participation. SurveysOnchain reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of detected fraud or abuse.
SOC is a governance token that may be distributed alongside USDC rewards. SOC tokens grant holders the ability to participate in platform governance decisions. SOC tokens are not securities and do not represent ownership in SurveysOnchain. The value of SOC tokens is not guaranteed and may fluctuate. SurveysOnchain makes no promises regarding the future value or utility of SOC tokens.
The Platform enforces anti-abuse measures including but not limited to: daily survey caps per wallet, velocity checks by wallet address, IP address, and device fingerprint, and manual review of suspicious payout patterns. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the Platform and forfeiture of pending rewards.
The Platform operates on the Base network. Users may incur minimal gas fees for on-chain transactions. SurveysOnchain may charge platform fees on survey creation or reward distribution. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before transactions are executed.
Survey content is owned by the respective Publishers. Aggregated, anonymized analytics derived from survey responses may be used by SurveysOnchain for platform improvement and reporting purposes. The Platform's software, design, and branding are the property of SurveysOnchain.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SurveysOnchain does not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of survey data, or the behavior of third-party smart contracts. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with blockchain-based systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveysOnchain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.
SurveysOnchain reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
